At Nexora Living, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Perishable or hygiene-related products once opened

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at Nexoralivings@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise. Please reach out to us immediately at Nexoralivings@gmail.com and we will make it right — whether that's a full refund, a replacement, or store credit.
