Where We Ship

We currently ship to all Emirates across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days
  • Other Emirates: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping — check your cart for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays & Issues

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
